Although I’m not sure which band this is, the pictures in the background and their appearance lead me to believe this is one of the state-approved VIA bands of the 60s or 70s. Although VIA bands played all sorts of music, the most prevalent forms were based on popular western trends lyrically adapted for a Soviet audience and mixed in with regional folk.
